Fulham's Cousin deal still on

Fulham's bid to sign Daniel Cousin is still on according to Rangers manager Walter Smith.
The Cottagers had a £3million offer for the Gabon forward accepted by the Glasgow club earlier in the week but the move has hit a snag over Cousin's recent transfer activity.
FIFA generally don't allow a player to represent three different clubs in one season and, since the 30-year-old only joined Rangers in the summer from Lens, he has fallen foul of the rules.
Cousin played 20 minutes for Lens before signing for Rangers in August before scoring nine goals in 26 league appearances so far this season.
However, Smith believes the move could still be given the green light after an appeal to the game's governing body.
"The Cousin deal is in the balance but we are hopeful that FIFA will look at the situation sympathetically," he told Rangers TV.
"The player has expressed a desire to play in the Premiership and it is better for all concerned that the deal goes through."
Rangers have also conformed the same red tape is holding up the proposed move of midfielder Amady Faye to Blackburn Rovers.
