Fulham's Johnson out for season

Fulham striker Andrew Johnson has been ruled out for the rest of the season following exploratory knee surgery.Johnson, 28, has only featured in 13 games this term because of a dislocated collarbone and groin strain and last played on 17 January against Blackburn. The club remain confident that Johnson will recover in time to play in pre-season training during the summer.
