Fulham players set for union talks over Martin Jol's bizarre fining system

Fulham players will hold talks with union chiefs after Martin Jol's 'pay the penalty' row. Jol is facing dressing-room unrest over his decision to fine 19-year-old Swiss midfielder Pajtim Kasami ?500 for missing a spot kick in the Carling Cup game against Chelsea when he was not the designated penalty taker. Portuguese striker Orlando Sa was supposed to be on penalty duty that night, but Kasami took the spot kick, which he hit against the bar. Paying the penalty: Pajtim Kasami was fined ?500 for missing this spot kick against Chelsea Fulham defender Brede Hangeland will discuss the row with PFA bigwig Bobby Barnes on Wednesday. Barnes said: 'I will bring it up with Brede. I've never heard of anything like this before and it could set a dangerous precedent.
