Hull midfielder Jimmy Bullard is named on the bench for his return to Craven Cottage in tonight's Barclays Premier League clash with Fulham. Bullard suffered a knee injury on his Tigers debut in January having just completed a £5million record move from Fulham. Defender Anthony Gardner fails to make Hull's squad but USA striker Jozy Altidore is included among the substitutes after returning from international duty earlier than expected.
