Fulham take points from Anfield

Liverpool's dreadful home form continued as a side showing nine changes ahead of the FA Cup final handed Fulham a first league win at Anfield as they recorded a 1-0 victory.

Kenny Dalglish's side have now won just five of 18 Barclays Premier League matches on home turf after captain for the night Martin Skrtel diverted the ball past his own goalkeeper in the fifth minute.

Clint Dempsey had the best chances to add to the visitors' lead, while Brede Hangeland kept Liverpool off the scoresheet - clearing Jonjo Shelvey's first-half shot off the line and making a last-ditch challenge on Maxi Rodriguez.
