London calling: Fulham boss Roy Hogson is keen on Hearts captain Christophe Berra Bolton have scouted the defender extensively, while Sunderland coach Ricky Sbragia has also placed Berra on a list of four central defenders he would like to sign. Hearts coach Csaba Laszlo also hinted at interest from the Bundesliga in the 23-year-old. Desperate to bring in his own signings, Laszlo also claimed that an Italian club are keen on another of his unnamed Scots stars - believed to be midfielder Michael Stewart. If Berra, Stewart or anyone else leaves, then Laszlo is ready to access ready-made replacements after Hearts appointed a number of agents to drum up interest in their players. 'He came back in that game and played very well and if he can keep showing that potential he will interest big clubs. 'At the beginning of the season, he was back in the national team. He was the best player on the pitch against Kilmarnock. 'I'm not an agent but a lot of coaches called me to ask about him. 'The interest is definitely there for the player but that's OK.'   More...
