Fulham drop Pantsil matter

Fulham have dropped any plans to take any action over the 'abuse' suffered by John Pantsil during the midweek defeat to Hull. Pantsil claimed he was 'abused' by a mystery Hull player during the 1-0 defeat at Craven Cottage on Wednesday night. Fulham boss Roy Hodgson admitted after the match the club would consider taking action over the incident, but after speaking to the Ghana international they have drawn a line under the matter. "We've put that to bed. John was furious but I've asked him if he wants me or the club to pursue it and he's said he doesn't," said Hodgson. "He wants to forget about it and I want to forget about it too."
