Fulham boss Roy Hodgson is hoping to be granted a work permit for South Africa midfielder Kagiso Dikgacoi. The Cottagers have agreed a fee with Golden Arrows and are awaiting a tribunal before Dikgacoi can sign. "We reached an agreement with the club," said Hodgson, ahead of Thursday's Europa League qualifier against FK Vetra. "But it will have to go to a tribunal because we have to apply for a work permit." Hodgson is also hopeful of keeping centre-back Brede Hangeland at the club.
