Cousin fate delayed again

Fulham must wait until next week to discover whether they will finally be given permission to sign Daniel Cousin from Rangers.
The Cottagers hoped to find out on Wednesday whether FIFA would sanction the transfer of the Gabon forward after the two clubs agreed a £3million fee during the January transfer window.
The game's governing body were called in to determine the outcome of the move after Cousin fell foul of a rule which prevents a player from representing three clubs during the same season.
The 31-year-old forward had played 20 minutes of a friendly for Lyon in the summer prior to joining Rangers.
However, FIFA have told both the Cottagers and Rangers than any ruling will now not occur until next week.
"Rangers Football Club has been advised by Fulham that FIFA will make a decision on Daniel Cousin's proposed transfer to the London club some time next week," confirmed a Rangers spokesman.
Rangers could now name Cousin in their squad for Wednesday's UEFA Cup last 32 tie with Greek side Panathinaikos.
