Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has dismissed reports suggesting he is looking to offload out-of-favour striker David Healy.
The Northern Ireland international has started just two Premier League games since Hodgson replaced Lawrie Sanchez in the Craven Cottage hot-seat in December.
Sanchez paid Leeds United £1.5million to sign the lethal international striker in the summer.
However despite relegating Healy to the bench in recent weeks, Hodgson has no plans to let him leave the Premier League strugglers on loan.
The 28-year-old former Manchester United and Preston North End striker has netted just four times in 27 appearances for the Cottagers this season.
"Lots of people would like David and that is not surprising because he is a proven goalscorer," admitted Hodgson.
"There are teams in the Championship who are looking for promotion or to avoid relegation but I would prefer to keep David with me."
