Cottagers agree Kamara fee

West Brom striker Diomansy Kamara is on the verge of completing his transfer to Fulham after the two clubs agreed a deal for the Senegalese striker.

A £6.5million fee is reported to have been agreed for the 26-year-old, with one Cottagers player, believed to be Heidar Helguson, moving in the opposite direction.

The Baggies will receive £4million plus the Iceland international if the deal is finalised.

Kamara has travelled to London to discuss personal terms before undergoing a medical at Craven Cottage.

Kamara was Albion's top scorer last term with 23 goals and also scored six goals in 29 appearances during a loan spell at Portsmouth during the 2004-05 campaign.
