Cottagers pay penalty in friendly draw

Captain Danny Murphy missed a penalty as Fulham ended their tour of Sweden with a 0-0 draw against Malmo FF.[LNB] The former Liverpool midfielder fired wide from the spot in the fifth minute after Guillermo Molins was penalised for holding back Bobby Zamora.[LNB]Zamora, last season's leading goalscorer, headed just wide from an excellent Bjorn Helge Riise delivery before the striker had the ball in the net only for his effort to be ruled out for offside.[LNB]Cottagers goalkeeper David Stockdale saved well from Molins while Zamora was foiled again, this time by a fine save from substitute stopper Dusan Melicharek early in the second half.[LNB]Malmo, who sit second in the Swedish Allsvenskan, created several opening for themselves and Eddie Johnson and David Elm went close to a late winner for Fulham.
