Fulham's summer signing Jimmy Bullard won high praise from Cottagers boss Chris Coleman after a matchwinning display in the 1-0 victory over Sheffield United.
The former Wigan Athletic schemer netted a superb winning goal from a 30-yard free-kick, as well as covering every blade of grass in a superb all-action performance.
Coleman said afterwards: "It looked like we had twins on the pitch at times because Jimmy covered so much ground.
"I thought it was an outstanding performance from him. Sometimes I have to slow him down and get the reins on him because he likes to get forward.
"Centrally England have some great midfielders and I am not going to put pressure on him and say he deserves a call-up, but he cannot be far behind those in the team at the moment.
"Jimmy is very bubbly, he is non-stop and always larking about and it gives everyone and lift. It is the best £2million this club has ever spent.
"I said I thought the fans would love him, but I think he is going to go beyond that. He is already a favourite and I still think there is more to come from him."
