Fulham midfielder Bjorn Helge Riise is to seek talks with manager Mark Hughes after failing to figure in the starting line-up.

Riise, 27, said: 'I am here to play and every time I talk to the manager Mark Hughes he praises me and asks me to have a little patience.

But in case I don't get to play during our Christmas matches, I will ask for a new meeting with Hughes. I cannot continue like this.'
