Fulham defender Chris Baird has hit back at former manager Mark Hughes' claims that the Cottagers have limited ambition.[LNB] Martin Jol took charge at Craven Cottage this summer after Hughes walked away at the end of last season.[LNB]The Welshman implied that he wanted a club which could match his personal aspirations, but Baird believes that Fulham, Europa League finalists in 2010, are going places.[LNB]"That's Mark's opinion and he's entitled to it - but it's not one I share," the defender said in the Fulham Chronicle.[LNB]"In fact, we had a good season. We finished eighth and qualified for the Europa League again. [LNB]"We've been to the final of the competition already and been seventh since I've been here - the highest yet for the club. That sounds like ambitious to me."
