Saha to miss final

France's joy at reaching the World Cup final was tempered by the fact Louis Saha will miss the showpiece match through suspension. The Manchester United striker was booked for a foul on Luis Figo just two minutes after arriving as a late substitute during Les Bleus' 1-0 semi-final victory against Portugal on Wednesday. The 27-year-old had also been cautioned after coming off the bench late on in the quarter-final win against Brazil, so the yellow card in Munich triggered an automatic one-match ban. Saha was in no mood to talk about his fate, but team-mate Florent Malouda said: "We are all very happy (about the result) but it's true we had a little thought of sadness about him (Saha). "He is one of our friends and we feel bad for him."
