Craigen back to stop the rot
Forfar are looking to halt a run of three league defeats in a row when they take on Stenhousemuir and on-loan Partick Thistle midfielder James Craigen is available after a ban to help their cause.
The Loons also have Omar Kader back in their ranks after family commitments, with Danny Denholm and Stephen Tulloch both set to return to action if they pass Saturday morning fitness tests.
However, Keith Gibson and Odmar Faeroe remain out through injury.
Manager Dick Campbell said: "We won 4-0 down at their place earlier in the season and a repeat of that would be very welcome indeed.
"We have been slipping down the league after some disappoint results and there is no time like the present to put that run to an end."
Stenhousemuir defender Scott Buist will miss out due to a groin injury.
Buist will be joined on the Station Park side-lines by Eric Paton who has a hamstring problem and Darren Smith who has a knee complaint.
Kevin McKinlay is available again after a suspension kept him out of the 5-2 Scottish Cup replay success against Berwick on Tuesday.
Warriors boss Martyn Corrigan said: "This should be a really interesting game between two sides that seem to enjoy scoring a few goals whilst conceding a few at the same time.
"We have only lost two games in the league this season and one of them was to Forfar so it would be good to put that right and also move above them in the table."
