Forfar Athletic hauled themselves back into the promotion race as they cruised to victory at Borough Briggs. Elgin got off to a disastrous start when Paul Kaczan somehow managed to bundle the ball into his own net. Forfar doubled their lead as Stephen Tulloch met a Martin Fotheringham corner to head home after 26 minutes.
