Forfar moved into fourth place in the Third Division with a 2-0 win at Elgin.Loons keeper Ally Brown denied Craig Frizzel on 28 minutes to keep the scoreboard blank as City pressed. Martyn Fotheringham smashed Forfar in front five minutes before the break, then Ian Harty and Marc McCulloch spurned glorious chances.
