Forfar face goalkeeper decision ahead of home clash with Ayr
Forfar must choose between experienced goalkeeper Rab Douglas and on-loan Hearts stopper Scott Gallagher for the visit of table-topping Ayr.
Douglas is back from a thigh injury but must dislodge Gallagher.
Danny Denholm is also available after a knock but injuries have ruled out Michael Dunlop (knee) and Derek Young (calf) while Lewis Allan is a doubt.
Station Park assistant manager Dick Campbell said: "We had lost our way a bit in the league when we had a number of injuries however things are getting better. We will need to be strong as Ayr will be a side who will be chasing promotion all season."
The Honest Men will replace hamstrung defender Peter Murphy with Andy Graham and forward Craig Moore is out with a groin injury.
Manager Ian McCall said: "Andy will come in and it is a great opportunity for him as he has been desperate to be involved since joining from Dumbarton a couple of months ago. We have options to replace Craig and I will need to come up with the right one as Forfar are a strong side and it will be tough to pick up the three points.
"However we want to stay at the top so we will be looking to win."
