Loons thump eight-man Wee Rovers

Forfar secured a vital three points with a 4-0 win over Albion in a match that included three red cards.

Kevin Byers fired the hosts ahead after just three minutes before Anthony Stevenson saw red for the visitors for using foul and abusive language.

Greg Ross doubled the advantage just before the half-hour mark when he converted a cross from Byers.

Victory was all but ensured two minutes later, Ross turning provider as he teed up Byers for his second goal.

Chris Templeman was denied from the penalty spot as Derek Gaston pushed his kick away after John Gemmell handled in the box.

The visitors were reduced to nine men when Christopher Boyle was dismissed just before the whistle for the same offence as Stevenson.

Loons striker Dale Hilson saw red on the hour mark, the third player to be dismissed for foul language, before Bradley Coyne added a late fourth.
