Ayr seal final spot Ayr progressed into the First Division Play-off final with a 7-4 aggregate win following a 3-3 draw with Forfar. The home side twice went ahead through Michael Moffat and Scott McLaughlin before been pegged back by strikes from Dale Hilson and Barry Sellars. Two penalties in the final minute from Ross Campbell and Alan Trouten saw the game finish as a draw. Ayr led after 11 minutes when Moffat found the bottom corner from 12 yards but Forfar equalised on the half hour mark when Hilson converted from close range and McLaughlin made it 2-1 two minutes after the interval when he headed in Mark Roberts' cross. Sellars levelled after 55 minutes when he fired into the bottom corner from 12 yards before McLaughlin rattled the bar from 30 yards. Campbell scored from the spot after Martyn Campbell fouled Christopher Templeman in the area before Trouten picked himself up to equalise after a foul from Stephen Tulloch.
