Harris lashes complacent Rovers

Forest Green manager Tim Harris was fuming at his side's performance in the 2-1 defeat at home to Gravesend & Northfleet, with Rovers still in relegation danger.

Harris' outfit are seven points clear of Farnborough, but missed a chance to stretch that advantage with a loss at The Lawn.

Afterwards, Harris told the Gloucester Citizen: "To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

"We started quite brightly and passed the ball around ever so well in the first half and we deserved to go into half-time 1-0 up.

"But that complacency set in again. We expected Gravesend to throw their big guns forward and we expected some aerial bombardment.

"We weren't resolute or ruthless enough. We invited them on to us far too easily and they punished us.

"We were comfortable at 1-0 and I just feel that complacency that has reared its head more than once this season set in again and it is not acceptable."
