Forest Green tie up trio to deals

Forest Green Rovers have agreed new contracts with Jonathan Smith, Conal Platt and Paul Lloyd. Midfielder Smith, 22, who helped out at right-back as well last season, has a agreed a one-year deal that will see him spend a third season at New Lawn. Former Liverpool trainee Platt, 22, who joined Rovers from Weymouth last season, found his feet towards the end of the campaign on the left wing.
