The move has attracted criticism from Leeds United fans following the stabbing and murder of two travelling Leeds fans in the Uefa Cup Semi Final eight years ago.
So what are your thoughts? Should Kewell have turned down any chance of returning to Galatasaray as a player? Was this a callous and uncaring decision? Or do you feel the past should be forgotten, and Kewell correct to make the move?
