Andrew out for Cod Army

Danny Andrew has become the latest Fleetwood player to suffer a long-term injury ahead of Swindon's visit to Highbury.

The full-back was forced off in the Boxing Day loss to Bradford, with Graham Alexander subsequently revealing he is now set for at least two months out with a knee problem.

Jamille Matt and fellow striker David Ball (both leg) have been sidelined for a significant period of time and the Cod Army's attacking options have been further depleted by loanee Tom Hitchcock's return to MK Dons.

Stephen Crainey will fill in for Andrew at left-back once again and Alexander is unlikely to make too many changes from the side which beat Rochdale 2-0 on Sunday.

Swindon's international midfielders will be unavailable when they make the trip north.

Australian Massimo Luongo and Iraq international Yaser Kasim have joined up with their countries for the Asia Cup, meaning boss Mark Cooper will have to manage without two of his key players.

Cooper will assess captain Nathan Thompson after the defender sat out their 1-0 win over Port Vale with a thigh knock.

Jake Reeves will also be unavailable after his short-term contract with the Robins expired while Miles Storey is back in the fold at the end of his loan spell with Portsmouth but the forward is unlikely to feature.
