Fleetwood v Shrewsbury

Uwe Rosler must decide whether to stick rather than twist with his Fleetwood side against Shrewsbury.

Goalkeeper Alex Cairns was preferred to Chris Neal between the sticks for the 2-1 victory over Chesterfield, while midfielder George Glendon impressed in the absence of Jimmy Ryan.

The latter will need a late fitness test again on a foot problem, while Michael Duckworth (groin) could miss out once more and striker Chris Long will complete his three-match ban.

Martyn Woolford (knee) is another that will be absent, though Cod Army boss Rosler revealed that while he will be missing "for months" he has only sustained ligament damage rather than anything more serious.

Jim O'Brien is available for Shrewsbury after the club had his red card overturned on appeal.

The midfielder was one of two Salop players dismissed in Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Sheffield United following a challenge on Daniel Lafferty.

Abu Ogogo was also sent off at Bramall Lane and will start a three-game ban following his dismissal in the first half at the weekend.

Defender Joe Riley had knee surgery last month and is expected to make his comeback just before Christmas.
