Same again for Fleetwood

Uwe Rosler has confirmed Fleetwood will select from the same squad against Oldham.

The Cod Army drew 0-0 with Bury on Boxing Day, but extended their unbeaten run to nine games, as Rosler admitted his tactics for the contest backfired.

With that in mind, Aaron Amadi-Holloway and Joe Davis, both of whom were taken off just 45 minutes into a match they had been recalled for, could drop out again.

Kyle Dempsey (leg) may not return until the new year now and Jimmy Ryan (foot), Martyn Woolford (knee), Ashley Eastham (jaw) and Michael Duckworth (groin) remain out.

Ousmane Fane is back in struggling Oldham's squad for their final fixture of 2016.

The midfielder was suspended for two games having been sent off for the second time this season and Latics lost both games 2-0, though Josh Law, Fane's replacement, did earn praise from boss Stephen Robinson.

Both Charles Dunne and Ryan McLaughlin, whose brother, Conor will almost certainly start for Fleetwood, are doubts having sustained knocks at Sheffield United.

Ollie Banks should be back after illness, though, and could be joined by Marc Klok (calf) and Lee Erwin (groin).
