McAlinden in Fleetwood squad

Striker Liam McAlinden will come back into Fleetwood's squad against Oldham.

The loanee returned to the Cod Army for a second spell this week having initially been recalled by Wolves after scoring twice in five games.

McAlinden will provide a welcome option in attack for Graham Alexander's side, who remain without David Ball and Jamille Matt (both leg).

Full-back Danny Andrew (knee) is the club's other long-term absentee, while winger Matty Blair this week left to join Mansfield.

Oldham are without suspended full-back Joseph Mills.

Latics' only recognised left-back was sent off in controversial fashion in the 2-2 draw against Doncaster - for a tackle which had initially gone unpunished - and must now begin a three-game suspension after boss Lee Johnson admitted he did not consider appealing the dismissal.

Mills will miss three games so the right-footed Connor Brown could fill in, while David Mellor and George Elokobi are other options available to Johnson.

Influential midfielder Liam Kelly has suffered no adverse reaction to his return from a hamstring lay-off but on-loan striker Jabo Ibehre has returned to Colchester and Adam Lockwood (knee) and Rhys Turner (hamstring) both remain sidelined.
