Uwe Rosler to ring the changes for Fleetwood

Uwe Rosler is set to make changes for his first home game in charge of Fleetwood against former employers Leeds in the EFL Cup.

The 47-year-old, who succeeded Steven Pressley in the Highbury hot-seat, had a week to prepare for the Cod Army's first game of the season, a 1-1 draw at Northampton, and is now set to give several players a chance to impress.

Strikers Devante Cole and Aaron Holloway plus defender Michael Duckworth all came off the bench against the Cobblers and could be promoted to Rosler's starting line-up.

Rosler, sacked by Leeds after just 12 games last season, told the club's official website: "I'm very much looking forward to seeing good friends. Staff, players and administration, and fans who have been very good to me. I'm very much looking forward to it."

Pablo Hernandez could make his Leeds debut after receiving international clearance.

The former Swansea midfielder was reunited with boss Garry Monk when signing a six-month loan deal at Elland Road but, despite travelling with the squad to Loftus Road for the clash with QPR on Sunday, was denied permission to play in the 3-0 defeat by Qatar parent club Al-Arabi.

Monk is without Gaetano Berardi after the full-back suffered a hamstring injury just 22 minutes into Sunday's defeat, meaning Lewie Coyle is set to deputise again.

Defender Liam Cooper was an unused substitute against QPR after recovering from injury and could start, along with winger Hadi Sacko and forward Marcus Antonsson following second-half cameos in London.
