Sarcevic sits out

Top scorer Antoni Sarcevic will be missing when Fleetwood host Cheltenham in Sky Bet League Two.

Sarcevic, who has scored eight goals this season, collected a fifth yellow card of the campaign in the midweek FA Cup loss to Burton and serves a one-match suspension.

However, boss Graham Alexander is able to call upon the services of fellow attackers Nathan Tyson and Daniel Carr, the pair having been ineligible to feature in the cup as a result of the terms of their respective loan deals.

Striker David Ball was back on the bench against the Brewers following a shoulder injury and Alexander has hinted he could start the game, but Junior Brown and Jeff Hughes are struggling with knocks and Jamille Matt (ankle) is definitely out again.

Cheltenham have no fresh injury or suspension worries ahead of the trip.

The Robins drew 2-2 at home to Hartlepool last weekend having been 2-0 up but that point leaves them unbeaten in nine League Two games, a run which has dragged them up to 13th in the table.

Jamie Cureton and Russ Penn were both introduced in the second half against Pools and are pushing for starts and West Brom loanee Kemar Roofe will hope to be in the starting XI having netted on his home debut.

Terry Gornell and Sam Deering are also options for boss Mark Yates who has not tasted a league defeat since October 19.
