President Andrea Della Valle hailed coach Cesare Prandelli after Fiorentina reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup.
La Viola set-up a last four meeting with Rangers after 2-0 quarter-final second leg victory over PSV Eindhoven secured a 3-1 aggregate success for the resurgent Italian side.
Speaking about Prandelli, Della Valle said: "He's a great professional. When you believe in a project, you don't do so just with words.
"We are building around him a team which is becoming stronger.
"He's will remain with us for some years - I hope for many."
