Falkirk are still looking for their first SPL win as they prepare to play Hamilton for the second time.[LNB]But they got an impressive point against Celtic in their most recent game and Mitchell believes the spirit shown in that 3-3 draw can carry them up the table.[LNB]"Folk expected us to lose against Celtic but we came out showing we had fight and scored three goals and took a point," the Scotland Under-21 full-back said.[LNB]"That might have felt like a win but we came off the park disheartened because we didn't win.[LNB]"At the weekend against Hamilton we need to show the same fight that we did against Celtic and get the win, and show teams we're in a fight and we're not going to give up."[LNB]Falkirk manager Eddie May agrees that his players have to show togetherness the prove the doubters wrong.[LNB]"All the games are important but some games come along that give you an opportunity to get back into it and achieve where we want to be," he said.[LNB]"We're looking for the boys to perform against a Hamilton team that will be very determined to say 'if we beat them them that's down'.[LNB]"There is a long way to go and we'll stick together."[LNB]Falkirk have seven players out injured for the visit of Accies, while new signing Pedro Pele is not fit enough to start.[LNB]But May has been encouraged by the goalscoring performance of Pedro Moutinho on his return to the club against Celtic.[LNB]"Pedro played very, very well last Sunday," May said. "We have to encourage him to do that every week.[LNB]"With Pedro playing that way week in, week out, we'll be far better in the forward areas."[LNB]Meanwhile, the club reported their pitch to be in "excellent condition" on Friday evening despite several roads being closed in the region because of heavy flooding.[LNB]However, May admits the return of rain could cause a postponement.[LNB]"The pitch was unplayable on Thursday," he said. "If there is no rain we should be fine. But if it suddenly rains again, the game will be in major doubt.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
