May voices injury worries
19 Nov 2009 - 12:10:02
Falkirk manager Eddie May has admitted that injuries have limited his options for the clash with Hamilton Academical.
The Bairns currently prop up the SPL table and are without a win after 11 league games this season.
May told the Falkirk Herald: "We have an horrendous injury list and most of the guys on it are out long term.
"We are in the exact same position as we were before the Celtic game and have to get by the best we can. The guys who have come in have shown they are capable of playing at a good level.
"We do not have the luxury of bringing guys in and chopping and changing so must be true to the boys in possession of the jersey."
The Bairns currently have Jackie McNamara and Kjartan Finnbogason (both knee), Burton O'Brien (stomach) and Thomas Scobbie (pelvis) sidelined.
Former West Bromwich Albion and Southampton midfielder Pele is in line for a debut after joining on a short-term deal.
