Falkirk forward Pedro Moutinho won high praise from boss John Hughes after his double strike in the 5-1 rout of St Mirren.
The Portuguese took his tally for the season to six, having recently been asked to play in a wide position by Hughes.
He commented: "I love Pedro and we have a great relationship.
"It was only two weeks ago against Gretna that he played out wide and maybe that's his position. He ran them ragged and was man of the match.
"We took a tactical decision to leave him out against Rangers. We just felt it was not right for that, but he has come back and answered me.
"If it's a case of putting him in and leaving him out and he gives me that, then so be it. He just has to have that belief that he can go and score goals from anywhere on the park."
