Hughes fires Bairns warning

Falkirk manager John Hughes admitted that he would eventually like to try his luck in England, although he is more than happy with the Bairns for the time being.
Hughes has been in charge at Falkirk for nearly four years and is concerned that the club needs to keep moving forward to compete in the SPL.
He told the Falkirk Herald: "I have never hidden the fact that I want to eventually go down South, but I still have a lot to do here, there's unfinished business.
"I'm proud to be connected with Falkirk. I am proud to be a Bairn and with what has been achieved so far. Everyone deserves a big pat on the back for that.
"However, I now want to know exactly how we can take things to the next level. The situation is this, we can either stand still or move forward.
"In order to step things up, it may mean taking a gamble. Otherwise, I fear we will stagnate."
