Falkirk boss John Hughes has drawn a line under the clash between himself and striker Pedro Moutinho during Saturday's goalless draw with Motherwell.
Moutinho was replaced with eight minutes of the game remaining and threw his shirt at the dugout in disgust, before heading down the tunnel, with Hughes giving chase to his player.
However, the Bairns chief said after the game: "I've done it myself, walked down the tunnel after being substituted. I understand it totally.
"I popped in to see him and said 'get yourself ready and get yourself back out to support your team-mates'.
"He never came back out, but that's not a problem. It's a reaction I like because you should be disappointed to be substituted.
"But you also have to show respect for your team-mates, it's not only about Pedro."
