Falkirk defender Dean Holden faces at least a couple of months out of action after suffering a broken leg in the 1-0 defeat to Celtic.
Holden was stretchered off ten minutes before half-time against the Bhoys, following a clash with Stephen McManus.
Bairns boss John Hughes said after the game: "It is broken, definitely one of them, the tibia or the fibula, and it could be both of them.
"It looks like he is going to be out for a long, long time. We will all just stick around him and wish him all the best. He'll come back from it, he's a winner."
Meanwhile, Hughes has also confirmed that on-loan goalkeeper Tim Krul faces a lengthy stint out of action, after suffering a dislocated shoulder last week against Aberdeen.
"It looks like Tim will need an operation and Newcastle United are taking care of him, but he will be out for two months at least," Hughes told th Falkirk Herald.
"It is bad news. He has been fantastic for us and we can only be thankful for what he has given Falkirk during his time here. We really feel for him."
