McCracken misses out for Falkirk

Falkirk will again be without captain David McCracken against East Stirling as he nurses a shoulder injury.

Striker Botti Biabi is a doubt for the game that has been moved to Clyde's Broadwood Stadium as a Tom Jones concert is taking place at the Falkirk Stadium.

Manager Peter Houston is looking for his men to keep their standards high for the entire game, saying: "We started Saturday's game against East Fife very well and scored a goal early but we lost our rhythm and they drew level.

"We needed late goals to win, so I'm looking for a 90-minute performance in this game."

East Stirling are also missing their skipper, with Chris Townsley absent due to a knee injury.

Ross Gilmour is also out with a foot problem and David McKenna is suspended.

Head coach Craig Tully wants his men to improve their work in both penalty areas.

He said: "Defeating Falkirk is a big ask but we will give ourselves a much better chance if we stop giving soft goals away and take our chances when we are on top. We would have got a good win over Stenhousemuir last weekend if we had done that, so I'm looking forward to better against Falkirk."
