Falkirk game gets green light

The stadium passed a safety inspection on Saturday morning and the pitch has also been deemed playable.[LNB]Dundee United's meeting with Aberdeen also goes ahead as planned after Tannadice and its surrounding areas passed an early morning police safety inspection.[LNB]St Mirren expect their game against Kilmarnock to take place as well, providing weather conditions do not deteriorate before kick-off.[LNB]Saints general manager Brian Caldwell said: "The pitch is more than playable and the police are happy with the conditions within and outwith the stadium, as well as the conditions on the roads leading up to the stadium.[LNB]"Assuming we have no dramatic change in the weather - such as heavy snowfall - today's game should go ahead at 3pm as scheduled."[LNB]However, Motherwell's derby clash with Hamilton was postponed on Friday as a result of burst pipes in the stands.[LNB][LNB]
