Bairns reach summit
Conor McGrandles opened the scoring as Falkirk climbed to the top of the table with a 2-0 win over 10-man Dundee.
The hosts broke the deadlock in the 16th minute when McGrandles fired in from the middle of the box to score his third league goal of the season.
Things went from bad to worse for Dundee in first-half stoppage time when goalkeeper Kyle Letheren was dismissed for fouling Rory Loy in the box. But Loy's spot-kick was saved by substitute shot-stopper Dan Twardzik.
Loy then made amends in the 73rd minute when he steered the ball past Twardzik from close range to make it 2-0.
