Bairns confirm May departure

SPL strugglers Falkirk have confirmed that manager Eddie May has left the club, with Steven Pressley taking charge until the end of the season.
May's last game saw the Bairns lose 1-0 at home to Kilmarnock to drop to the foot of the table, having won just three times in 23 league games this term.
"It is with sadness that I will be leaving Falkirk Football Club," May told the club's official website.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the club. Everyone knows the affection that I have for this football club, having been a player, academy director and latterly first-team manager.
"I would never have compromised this football club and I felt that it was best for everyone if I moved on.
"This club will always hold a special place in my heart and I am sure Falkirk Football Club will go on to enjoy continued success in the Scottish Premier League."
