Swindon began life without leading scorer Charlie Austin with a goalless draw at home to Exeter.The home side nearly took the lead when Matt Ritchie saw his diving header come back off the crossbar. Visiting goalkeeper Ben Hamer was at his best to keep out efforts from Ritchie and Jonathan Douglas.
