Exeter clinched a second successive promotion as they won at Rotherham to earn a place in League One.Substitute Richard Logan scored the only goal, when he rose at the far post to head home a Rob Edwards cross. The Millers almost scored first, Drewe Broughton lofting over Paul Jones, only for Troy Archibald-Henville to clear.
