Grecians clinch double deal

Exeter City have completed the signings of Wales defender Richard Duffy and midfielder James Dunne.

Twenty-three-year-old Duffy was a free agent after leaving Millwall, having previously enjoyed spells with Swansea City and Portsmouth and showed up well while training with the League One newcomers.

Dunne, 19, also impressed during pre-season training with the Grecians, having left Arsenal without breaking into the first-team picture.

Meanwhile, midfielder Ryan Harley has pledged his long-term future to the Grecians by penning a lengthy contract extension.

The 24-year-old joined City in January 2008 and has made nearly 50 appearances for the club in all competitions.
