Dolan blasts beaten Grecians

Exeter City boss Eamonn Dolan blasted his players after the Grecians slipped to a 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Gravesend & Northfleet.

Fleet have acquired something of an Indian sign over City, completing a Nationwide Conference double and also ending their FA Cup hopes in the fourth qualifying round.

After their latest victory, Dolan was furious with some of his senior squad members.

He told the Express & Echo: "If you go on to that pitch and earn ten times more than another player on the pitch, I want you to be ten times better.

"If you don't then I am looking and I will get you. I thought there were players out there who didn't do enough and mentally and physically we were found wanting.

"For some it was not life and death and that is something we will put right."
