Exeter boss Paul Tisdale declared himself proud of his team despite seeing their poor home form continue with in a 1-1 draw against struggling Tranmere. The Grecians have now gone five games without a win on home soil and had to dig deep for a point after Zoumana Bakayogo's first-half opener for Rovers was cancelled out by Liam Sercombe`s scrambled effort. Tisdale said: "I thought it was a great game of football and I am very proud of my team and I think it shows how far we have come. I think we are making great strides and we earnt a draw. "But it was a real victory for the way we played and I am just so pleased with the nerve we showed, the belief the players had and how much football we played, even under pressure at the end. "I think it will appear that in the second half we were the better team, but I think it was built off the back of the first half when it wasn't quite working and we carried on playing. That was the key to the performance."
