Tisdale: Scoreline was harsh

Exeter manager Paul Tisdale insisted the scoreline was harsh on his side after they were thumped 3-0 at Peterborough. George Boyd grabbed two goals and laid on the other for Craig Mackail-Smith less than 48 hours after becoming a father for the first time. Yet Tisdale said: "We did a better job than the scoreline might suggest against a very good team. "Peterborough are prolific in the last third of the pitch and we were defending well with players behind the ball only for a shot to take a wicked deflection. "Even then I thought we had a really good chance of getting level before they scored a second. "Even when we went three down I didn't feel it was a true reflection. Our job is to keep our confidence up and stick to our football."
