Tisdale rues late lapse

Exeter boss Paul Tisdale admitted it was disappointing not to take home three points after Nicky Forster's injury time strike gave Brentford a 1-1 draw at Griffin Park. The Grecians led for the majority of the game following John O'Flynn's second minute effort. "Obviously to have been ahead for so long and then to lose it right at the end was disappointing but I'm delighted with a point because Brentford is a very hard place to come," said Tisdale. "I thought we passed the ball and retained it really well and in the second half we had a couple of chances to put the gloss on it but it just wasn't to be." The two sides meet again in Monday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Final - an occasion Tisdale is relishing. "Monday night will be slightly strange coming back here again but we're all really looking forward to it and we can't wait for that cup atmosphere."
