Tisdale `muddles through'

Exeter boss Paul Tisdale admits the weather has had a major impact on his players' preparations. The Grecians have not played since the 3-3 draw with Oldham two weeks ago and have also had to find alternative training arrangements as the club's Cat & Fiddle training ground has been unusable. Tisdale told the Express and Echo: "We just have to muddle through it and get the balance right between keeping the players fit and not putting them in situations that are alien to them or where they might become injured. "We have also got to keep them enthused and motivated. There's nothing more frustrating than coming in to work and not being able to work." sorts to keep it creative and keep the players enthused."
